Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at citracleaning.com and using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Citra Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the Greater Boston area, including:
- Residential home cleaning
- Commercial office cleaning
- Airbnb and vacation rental cleaning
- Deep cleaning services
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
Service Area
We currently serve the North Shore, Greater Boston, and Merrimack Valley regions of Massachusetts. Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to decline service for locations outside our standard service area.
Booking and Cancellation
Scheduling: Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service price.
No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to access the property or the client is not present after 15 minutes, the full service fee will be charged.
Pricing and Payment
Quotes: Price quotes provided on our website or by phone are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions and scope of work.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust our pricing with notice to existing clients. Quote prices are valid for 7 days from the date provided.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
Liability
Citra Cleaning maintains comprehensive liability insurance. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing defects, wear and tear, or items not properly secured. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best service, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning needs
- Ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time
- Secure pets in a safe area during cleaning
- Remove or secure valuable items and irreplaceable personal belongings
- Inform us of any special requirements or fragile items
Intellectual Property
All content on citracleaning.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Citra Cleaning and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
